We’ve created flexible, fair-share affiliation levels to ensure that all graduates can affiliate without financial barriers. They all include the OSLA clergy/ID card, a letter of good standing, access to the Graduate Directory, and inclusion in the Find Spiritual Service directory on our website.

The Fruiting Steward Level ($421–$20,000+/year, as a one-time or monthly payment) includes all of the above benefits, unlimited live workshops 2025-26, and access to the One Spirit archive.

Here, you are supporting more than your own growth by investing in One Spirit’s future and closing the tuition gaps for future students.
